Exchange and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience, and this means more than simply being happy with our speed of delivery and low prices. We want you to be happy with our products.

If you wish for a replacement, please contact our Customer Service within twenty four (24) hours upon receipt of merchandise. No returns, only replacements.

Please note that the merchandise must be in their original packing and delivery condition. A proof of purchase may also be needed. EDISON STATIONERS may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the replacement.
